Celebrating our French Broad River: RiverLink’s 10th Annual Voices of the River Art and Poetry Contest

Connect to your watershed through art!

RiverLink is excited to announce our 10th annual Voices of the River Art and Poetry Contest. Held annually in honor of Earth Day, we are taking the event back to its roots and announcing winners at RiverLink’s Earth Day Festival on April 22.

The contest is open to preK-12 grade students and provides a unique way to connect to the French Broad River Watershed through art and writing. Local artists, RiverLink staff, and volunteers judge the art.

The awards ceremony will be on Saturday, April 22 at RiverLink’s Earth Day Kids Festival (Salvage Station) at 10:30. All family, friends, and teachers of the students participating are welcome and encouraged to attend this fun, family-friendly event!
